Organic Waste Converter and how its done

What is Composting:

Composting is a process that deals in organic solid waste, which turns all kinds of wastage such as food items, kitchen waste, temple waste, and much more. Any waste material which is converted into the usable bi-product is known as compost.

Clean India Ventures Private limited Green Waste Reprocessor machine is used to convert solid waste into usable compounds which make it one of the organic waste converter machines in India. The compost product can be then used by farmers and enable them to grow good quality seeds by using natural compost and no need of using artificial fertilizers, and also it can be used to make havan samagri.

Composting is a rich process as the process finally results in a nutrient-rich organic fertilizer.  This machine is so compatible and maintains all the requirements that are needed to bring this auspicious result i.e. the making of compost in this process.

Composting by Organic Waste Converter Machine:

A waste converter is a machine used for the treatment and recycling of solid and liquid refuse material. The process of converting solid waste into compost is very simple, and it saves the environment by turning waste into a solid or called a useful bi-product.

This machine performs its mechanism in the presence of air. The whole mechanism overcomes all the barriers which may affect the process in a bad way. The input it takes is biodegradable waste and the output it produces is an excellent substance. The structure of this machine is built in a way that it has different doors or openings for taking the input and for giving the output.

Composting is the solution to our waste management problems and it is an urgent need of the hour that needs to be taken care of immediately. The use of Organic Waste Converter to automate and ease the process of composting is a step in the right direction. The sooner we adopt it, the better we can do for the environment.

One must keep in mind that the ratio between the carbon and between the nitrogen must be carefully handled when waste is being composted. If there is a lot of carbon, the composting will take longer and if there is too much nitrogen, the process will emit a bad odor. Other important factors include the moisture content and the oxygen content in the pile. All of these factors must be borne in mind when composting. Often, composting manually can be a tricky process. One may, therefore, consider the use of an Organic waste composter.

Before composting, the waste can be ground up, to reduce the volume of the waste so that it can decompose faster, and can easily be transported. We at Clean India Ventures manufactured a Green Waste Reprocessor machine to save the environment.
